Welcome to Zenov Health. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to be bound by these legally binding Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of the terms, do not use our website or purchase our products.


1. General Terms

Zenov Health reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the explicit consent of a legal guardian.


2. Orders, Pricing & Payments

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by Zenov Health.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues.
  • Orders can be modified or canceled within one hour of placement by contacting support@zenov-health.com.
  • After this period, the order cannot be changed or canceled.

Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • Zenov Health is not responsible for price discrepancies due to typographical errors.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties or import taxes imposed by their country.

Payment Processing & Fraud Prevention

  • Payments must be completed in full before an order is processed.
  • We accept [list payment methods, e.g., credit cards, PayPal, etc.].
  • Zenov Health reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order suspected of fraudulent activity.
  • Any fraudulent chargebacks or unjustified payment disputes will result in legal action and blacklisting from future purchases.

3. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping Policy

  • Zenov Health only ships within the European Union (EU) via DHL Standard.
  • Orders are processed within 2 business days, and shipping takes between 2 and 8 business days, depending on the destination.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.
  • Zenov Health is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer must pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Risk of Loss & Damages During Shipping

  • Once an order is handed over to the courier, risk of loss and damage transfers to the customer.
  • Zenov Health is not liable for delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@zenov-health.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

4. Returns, Refunds & Warranty

Return Policy

  • We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • To qualify for a return, products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Warranty Coverage

All LUNAR Blue Light Blockers come with a one (1) year warranty against manufacturing defects, covering:

  • Defects in materials, workmanship, coatings, or lens color within the warranty period.

The warranty does NOT cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches.
  • Accidental damage, breakage, or improper use.
  • Damage caused by extreme heat, such as saunas, cars, or prolonged exposure to direct sunlight.
  • Lost or stolen glasses.

For warranty claims, contact support@zenov-health.com with proof of purchase and photos of the defect. Zenov Health reserves the right to deny warranty claims that do not meet our eligibility criteria.


5. Product Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Product Use & Health Disclaimer

  • Our LUNAR Blue Light Blockers are designed to support sleep and recovery, but Zenov Health makes no medical claims.
  • These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
  • Consult a healthcare professional before using our products if you have any medical concerns.

Product Performance Disclaimer

The performance specifications of LUNAR Blue Light Blockers, including blue light and green light blocking percentages, are based on manufacturer testing under controlled laboratory conditions. Zenov Health ensures that all product descriptions accurately reflect these factory specifications; however, we do not guarantee specific performance outcomes for individual users.

Various factors, including environmental lighting, screen settings, individual eye physiology, and testing methodology, can influence perceived results. Any independent tests or measurements conducted by customers, third parties, or external sources may yield different results due to variations in equipment, testing conditions, and methodology. Zenov Health is not responsible for, nor bound by, any claims, conclusions, or discrepancies arising from such independent tests.

By purchasing and using our products, customers acknowledge that Zenov Health shall not be held liable for any perceived variations in performance or for any claims that extend beyond the manufacturer’s documented test results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenov Health shall not be liable for:

  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.
  • Any personal injury, vision issues, or other health-related concerns resulting from misuse of our products.
  • Any financial losses due to delays, lost shipments, or customs fees.

If liability is legally required, it is limited to the amount paid for the product.


6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on this website, including logos, product images, product designs, website layout, and branding materials, is the exclusive property of Zenov Health and is protected under copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

  • Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
  • Use our brand name, product images, or designs for commercial purposes.
  • Reverse-engineer, manufacture, or sell counterfeit versions of our products.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in legal action.


7. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

By using this website, you agree not to:

Zenov Health is not liable for delays, non-performance, or failure to deliver due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, pandemics, or extreme weather conditions.
  • Strikes, labor disputes, or shipping disruptions.
  • Government actions, regulations, or trade restrictions.

In the event of a force majeure situation, we reserve the right to cancel orders without liability.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.

  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall first be resolved through mediation or arbitration before legal action.
  • Legal Venue: If legal action is necessary, it must be filed in the courts of The Netherlands.
