Return & Refund Policy

At Zenov Health, we stand by the quality of our LUNAR Blue Light Blockers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below, you will find details on our return policy, refund process, and warranty coverage.

30-Day Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your glasses within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging (including the case, cleaning cloth, and instruction manual)
  • Free from scratches, damage, or signs of wear

To initiate a return, please contact support@zenov-health.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an incorrect order. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Glasses that show signs of use, wear, or damage
  • Products returned without original packaging

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be canceled or modified within one hour of purchase by contacting support@zenov-health.com. After this time, your order will begin processing, and we will not be able to make any changes.

If you realize that you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update it before shipping, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in transit.

One-Year Warranty Coverage

All LUNAR Blue Light Blockers come with a one (1) year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects related to materials, workmanship, coatings, or lens color. If you experience a defect within this period, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

What Is Not Covered?

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches
  • Accidental damage, improper care, or misuse
  • Exposure to excessive heat or prolonged sunlight (e.g., saunas, leaving glasses in the car)
  • Lost, stolen, or intentionally damaged glasses

To request a warranty claim, please email support@zenov-health.com with a detailed description of the issue and clear photos of the defect. Warranty claims must be made within the coverage period.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your glasses for a different model, please follow the return process first. Once we receive your return, you can place a new order for your preferred model. We do not offer direct exchanges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact support@zenov-health.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
