Shipping Information

At Zenov Health, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below, you will find all the necessary details regarding our shipping process.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed within two business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once processed, shipments are handled by DHL Standard, with delivery times ranging between 2 to 8 business days, depending on the destination within the European Union.

Shipping Costs & Free Delivery

A flat shipping rate of €12.50 applies to all orders. However, we offer free shipping on orders over €125. The final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout.

From time to time, we offer temporary free shipping promotions.
Availability may change and will always be reflected at checkout.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we only ship to countries within the European Union. We do not deliver to non-EU countries, PO Boxes, or military addresses.

Tracking & Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment. Zenov Health is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the package is returned to the courier’s local facility, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect it or arrange redelivery. Packages that are not claimed in time may be returned to us, and any costs associated with reshipping will be the customer’s responsibility.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers may request an order cancellation or address change within 2 hour of placing the order by contacting our support team at support@zenov-health.com. After this window, the order will be processed, and we will no longer be able to make changes.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

While we strive for timely delivery, external factors such as customs processing, courier delays, or weather conditions may occasionally cause delays. Zenov Health is not responsible for shipping delays beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check the tracking information first before contacting us.

If an order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@zenov-health.com with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable solution, whether it be a replacement or a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please refer to our Return Policy for eligibility and instructions. Returns must be initiated within the specified timeframe, and items must be in their original condition.

Additional Information

Zenov Health is not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges that may apply in certain EU countries. While most shipments within the EU should not incur such fees, customers are encouraged to check their country’s import policies before placing an order.
